    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing the VetGat website, downloading the mobile application, or using our video chat services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

    2. Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use VetGat. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Use of the Service by minors is strictly prohibited.

    3. Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

    VetGat has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and complying with global child safety standards.

    • Prohibited Content: The creation, sharing, or transmission of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.
    • Reporting Mechanism: If you connect with a user who appears to be under the age of 18, or if you witness any behavior targeting minors, you must use our in-app Report Form immediately.
    • Enforcement: We review all safety reports within 24 hours. Confirmed violations will lead to device-level bans and, where required by law, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authorities in Nepal.

    4. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

    VetGat is committed to a safe environment. When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

    • Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
    • Share, display, or transmit any sexually explicit (nudity/pornography), abusive, or violent content.
    • Record, screenshot, or stream the video feed of other users without their explicit consent.
    • Impersonate any person or entity.
    • Use the service for any illegal purpose.

    Zero Tolerance Policy:

    VetGat maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users found violating these rules will have their access terminated immediately. We reserve the right to ban Device IDs and IP addresses to prevent banned users from returning.

    5. User Generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer

    You understand that VetGat acts only as a conduit for user communication. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content generated by other users that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. VetGat has no control over the content generated by users during video or text chats and is not liable for such content.

    6. Privacy

    Your use of VetGat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

    7. Service Limitations

    VetGat is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of the strangers you connect with.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VetGat at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nepal. VetGat and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
